We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for your swimwear - only a store credit refund or an exchange if applicable.
To be eligible for a store credit refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with clear photos if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. info@thicksandbones.co.uk
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for swimwear that show clear signs of wear - for hygiene reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sale purchases are final.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want, is to return your item to us and fill in the return label with a request for the size you want. Once the return is accepted, your exchange will be sent out straight away. Please note we are unable to guarantee stock availability for exchange items so if the size you require is out of stock, we will refund your original order back to you via store-credit.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit refund was approved or not. If approved, your store credit refund will be automatically generated.
